Significance of voice technologies : a) Human - Computer Interaction , b) interpersonal communication computer assisted and c) digital telecommunications. Parametric and non- parametric methods of digital analysis of speech signals , analysis based on hearing , time-frequency representations of speech signals . Speech Coding : vocoders. Compression MPEG. H voice on IP (Internet Protocol) and ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode). Methods speech synthesis : waveform coding, analysis - synthesis , with rules , text -to-speech .Automatic speech recognition : matching traces standards and Dynamic Time Warping , stochastic methods based on Hidden Markov Models and Artificial Neural Networks techniques
based on knowledge . Human Machine Interaction with speech : modeling dialogues , environmental and noise impact , politropiki interaction , human factors. Speech technology tools : JAVA, Speech API. Speech technology applications in telecommunications , computer systems and aids for people with disabilities .
