15101198 Electronics ΙΙ (6^th semester) 4 ECTS

Course: Introduction to the design of electronic functions, circuits and systems, power conversion - power supplies, waveform modulation (linear, non-linear), amplification – ideal amplifier, design of practical amplifying circuits and simulation prototypes of practical amplifying circuits/systems, performance of small signal amplifiers, basic design and operational elements of discrete amplifiers – negative feedback – polarity – performance of amplifying connections (small signal analysis) – high frequency analysis - design principles of multilevel amplifiers, analysis and design of large signal amplifiers, analysis and design of digital circuits, basic design techniques of amplified and integrated circuits.

Lab: Practice on digital circuits (Boole, gates, functions, combinatorial, flip-flop). Software-based practice on simulation (RC circuits, diodes). Practice on analog circuits (small signal amplifiers, large signals amplifiers).
